Vallis Mareni Belle Prosecco Frizzante Sui Lieviti is made from a rigorous selection of grapes from the Treviso hills. These vines are over 50 years old and planted in limestone soils. They are cultivated using environmentally-friendly agriculture and the harvest is carried out manually when the grapes reach optimum ripeness.
In the winery, the Vallis Mareni Belle Prosecco Frizzante Sui Lieviti grapes are gently pressed with pneumatic presses and following a static decantation, the must begins to ferment at a controlled temperature with native yeasts in steel tanks.
Vallis Mareni Belle Prosecco Frizzante Sui Lieviti is the most traditional and authentic expression of prosecco. Complex, creamy and sparkling.
