Characteristics Torres Jaime I Brandy

Brandy of an excellent quality produced by Casa Torres, a family-run business founded in 1870 and which is currently one of the most important wineries in the area of Penedès (Catalonia). The varieties Parellada and Folle Blanche are distilled in copper stills during a long handcrafted process, and subsequently aged in American oak barrels following the "solera" system. The shape of the bottle pays a tribute to Gaudí, the pioneer architect of the Catalan modernism, and to the name of the winery's founder: Jaime Torres.
