Segura Viudas Semi Seco Reserva is a sparkling wine made with the Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel·lo varieties by the Segura Viudas Winery in Torrelavit, Barcelona, within the D.O. Cava.

The Segura Viudas Semi Seco Reserva cava is a coupage of wines that come from various Penedès vineyards and that goes through a stacking process for 18 to 24 months, depending on the vintage.

Heretat Segura Viudas dates back to the eleventh century and over this long period of time and through the many uses it has had in its life, Segura Viudas has focussed its path and made itself an international name for making wines and sparkling wines.

A semi-dry cava that contains between 32 and 50 grams of residual sugar per litre. Segura Viudas Semi Seco Reserva is a harmonious sparkling wine with characteristics that mean it goes perfectly with appetisers, cheeses, foie gras and desserts.
