S.A. Prüm Essence Riesing

S.A. Prüm Essence is a white wine produced by S.A. Prüm with the Riesling variety in the VDP Mosel-Saar-Ruwer, in Mosel (Germany).

 

S.A. Prüm is a family winery founded in 1911 in the Mosel area of Germany. A total of 30 hectares of vineyards 90% of which are planted with the native Riesling variety. This grape performs magnificently in central Europe and S.A. Prüm knows how to make the most of it with fresh, light and pure wines.

 

S.A. Prüm Essence comes from vines planted on steep slopes with very deep roots. For this reason the vines have a low water supply and a low yield. They are cultivated in a way that respects the environment and produces small, concentrated and high quality grapes. 

 

When the S.A. Prüm Essence grapes reach the winery, they are destemmed and undergo a gentle pressing. They ferment in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature for 4 days. Finally, the wine is bottled with a screw cap to preserve freshness and youth. 

 

Made from a Moselle Grand Cru, S.A. Prüm Essence showcases the Riesling variety at its best. A white wine that radiates freshness and youth.
