Characteristics Martin Miller's Westbourne Strength Gin

Known as the three thousand miles gin, this gin is distilled in England in a copper still and then brought to Iceland, where the selected botanicals are left to soak in glacial water previously filtered in volcanic rocks. Afterwards, they are mixed with the alcohol and the gin is finally ready to be brought back to England. It is made with the following botanicals: juniper, orange, lemon, liquorice, cinnamon, cassia bark, nutmeg, Iris Florentina and angelica. With a higher alcohol content than Martin Miller's Gin, this gin is ideal for more complex cocktails with a more intense flavour.
