Marta Reserva Brut is a cava produced with local varieties from Penedés: Xarel·lo, Macadeo and Parellada. The grapes are located at an altitude between 110 to 315 meters in clay loam soil with a good permeability.
As for the production, the pressing of the grapes is done with a pneumatic press and each variety is fermented separately at a controlled temperature in stainless steel deposits. This cava undergoes an aging of more than 24 months in the caves of the winery which supports its elegance, complexity and fineness.
Marta Reserva Brut Nature 2018 is a fresh and aromatic sparkling wine. Pale yellow in colour with white fruit and citrus on the nose. Complex and elegant, with hints of aging in the nose. The palate is balanced and flavoursome, creamy and long. Fine, very well integrated bubbles.
