Künstler Hochheim Hölle GG Troken is a white wine made with the Riesling variety by the Künstler winery in Rheingau.

Künstler is a family winery that started out in Moravia in 1648. However in 1965, having been disowned and thrown out, Frank Künstler decided to settle in Rheingau and start again. A fruitful new season that has achieved a great number of awards both nationally and internationally, and now with the help of his son Gunter has become one of the best-known German wineries.

Künstler Hochheim Hölle GG Troken comes from an ecological and organic vineyard where they only intervene when the vineyard needs it, and they use environmentally friendly products. Strains with an average age of 20 years, planted in clay soils. The grapes are selected in the vineyard and the harvest is carried out manually when the grapes reach optimum ripeness.

When the Künstler Hochheim Hölle GG Troken grape reaches the winery it is gently pressed. The must ferments slowly at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks or in wooden barrels. Then, before being bottled, it ages on its lees for 10 months.
