Foss Marai Prosecco Extra Dry Strada di Guia is a sparkling wine made by Foss Marai in the DO Prosecco Di Conegliano-Valdobbiadene (Veneto) using the Glera variety.

Since 1986, Carlo Biasiotto and his family have dedicated themselves to a great passion: Foss Marai. A large collection of quality products resulting from the combination of the family’s hard work and technological innovation. A long and winding journey which, over time, has made them one of the largest producers of Italian sparkling wines.

The Foss Marai Prosecco Extra Dry Strada di Guia vineyards are in a beautiful but challenging area. Because of this, cultivation has to work in collaboration with the area’s landscape. This is very meticulous manual labour that requires undivided attention and specialist work.

The Foss Marai Prosecco Extra Dry Strada di Guia must is vinified in parts. A small portion of the wine is fermented in small barrels for about 6 months using Micro Oxygenation techniques. The rest of the wine refines in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
