Derain Allez Goûtons Blanc is a natural monovarietal Aligoté white wine produced by Dominique Derain.

Dominique Derain is a producer from Burgundy which has been one of the precursors of biodynamic cultivation in the area. It produces wines in a non-interventionist way that fully respects the varieties vinified, with the aim of allowing them to express themselves naturally. The small winery produces a total of 32,000 bottles.

Derain Allez Goûtons blanc is a young white wine from young vines on clay-calcareous soils planted in 1989. On arriving in the winery, the grapes are pressed directly and the must ferments with native yeasts. Derain Allez Goûtons blanc is a young wine, so it is bottled shortly after undergoing alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation.

Its name is due to a play on words that could be translated into English as "Go on, taste!", In reference to the fact that it is a wine that claims to be an explosion of aromas and flavours.
