Cuscó Berga Brut Nature Gran Reserva Organic

Cuscó Berga Brut Nature Gran Reserva Orgánic is a cava produced by the winery Cuscó Berga in Les Gunyoles (Penedés), D.O. Cava.

The Cuscó i Esteve family has been dedicated to the production of wine and cava since the end of the 19th century. However, it was in 1985 when the family built the current winery. Cuscó Berga is located in the eastern part of Penedés, surrounded by an amazing landscape full of vineyards.

The Cuscó Berga winery has a modern design, with exceptional conditions for the production of great wines.

Cuscó Berga Brut Nature Gran Reserva Orgánic is a cava made with Xarello, Maccabeu and Parellada from the winery’s own vineyards located in the heart of Penedés.

Each variety is harvested separately, when they are at their optimum ripening point. They are vinified separately in stainless steel deposits and, once they have fermented, they go through the final coupage. This wine will be bottled and it will go through its second fermentation, as well as a minimum ageing of 48 months. After the disgorgement, the same wine is added without any sugar.
