Cream Argüeso

Cream Argüeso is a generoso wine produced by Bodegas Argüeso in Sanlúcar de Barrameda (Jeréz), D.O. Jeréz.

Bodegas Argüeso was founded in1822 by León de Argüeso y Argüeso when he bought some old "soleras" and the winery San José, in Sanlúcar de Barrameda. The winery has grown until today, ageing its manzanilla wines in over 20,000 square metres, located in the historic centre of Sanlúcar.

Since the very beginning, Bodegas Argüeso has made the most renown manzanillas, which are highly valued by experts. Their good work has come through in each of their bottles.

Cream Argüeso is a wine made from Palomino and Pedro Ximénez grapes, from vineyards located in the municipality of Sanlúcar de Barrameda.

This wine comes from a coupage of different olorosos and amontillados, and it gets its sweetness from the addition of Pedro Ximénez. All these wines are made with the traditional biological and oxidative ageing, in the typical system of "criaderas" and "soleras".

Cream Argüeso is an intense, voluminous and sweet generoso wine. It stands out for the delicate prevalence of the Pedro Ximénez notes, as well as the raisins and the roasted dried fruit and nuts. A very interesting wine when it comes to pairing.
