In 1997, the cava brut by the winery Mastinell had the honour of presiding the feast at the wedding of the Infant Cristina of Spain. After this remarkable event, Mastinell decided to create a design cava to pay tribute to it. This is how Cava Mastinell Cristina Gran Reserva was created and this is the reason of its name. It is made of a blend of Parellada, Xarel·lo, Chardonnay and Macabeo, selected from the best harvests only. It was aged for a minimum of five years in the bottle. A majestic cava with an exceptional quality.
