Aubry Brut Réserve

Tasting notes Aubry Brut Réserve
Champagne Brut.
Aubry Brut Réserve is a champagne with fruity notes of ripe apples, white peaches and raspberries on the nose accompanied by notes of dried fruits. On the palate it is round and enveloping with a firm structure. A sparkling wine with a long finish and a strong personality.About Aubry Brut Réserve
Aubry Brut Réserve is a champagne made by the Champagne Aubry winery in Champagne, France.
The Champagne Aubry winery is located in Jouy-lès-Reims, in the heart of the Reims mountain and run by Pierre and Philippe Aubry, who come from a family of winemakers dating back to 1790. Pierre is an oenologist and Philippe studied biology. These two men have combined the values and experience they inherited from their father with the knowledge they have acquired to try and bring back the varieties that used to grow in Champagne. Their work is based on meticulousness, respect for tradition, originality and creativity.
The Aubry Brut Réserve champagne is a premier cru created in celebration of the winery’s bicentenary and is made with the usual Champagne varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir.
