Altos Ibéricos Reserva is a wine made with 100% Tempranillo from vineyards located in Rioja Alavesa.
Once the harvest is carried out, the grapes ferment in stainless steel deposits, with a controlled temperature of 26-28ºC for a week. When the fermentation has ended, it is aged for 16 months in French oak barrels. Before it is launched on the market, it is left to stand in the bottle for a minimum of 20 months.
Altos Ibéricos Reserva is a deep, elegant and complex wine. On the nose, the aromas of ripe red fruits stand out, with toasted notes of the ageing process. In the mouth, it has a powerful entrance and a mid-palate with volume. A very long finish.
Bodegas Torres is a family business of several generations dedicated to the production of wine and brandy in the Penedés, and they now have an extensive range of products which are exported to more than 140 countries worldwide.
