

Altos Ibéricos Parcelas de Graciano is a red wine produced by Bodegas Torres in the municipality of Labastida, within D.O.Ca. Rioja.
Bodegas Torres is a family business that was founded in 1870 by Jaime and Miguel Torres Vendrell, and that has had several generations dedicated to the production of wine and brandy in Penedés. Currently, Bodegas Torres produces wines in many wine regions of the world. In Spain, it has 4 wineries of its own, in 4 other denominations of origin, Penedés, Rioja, Ribera del Duero and Priorat.
In 2005 the Torres family decided to establish its winery in the municipality of Labastida, in the heart of Rioja Alavesa. Altos Ibéricos takes its name from Alto Otero, where the winery is located.
Altos Ibéricos Parcelas de Graciano is a wine produced with 100% Graciano from vineyards located in Rioja Alavesa.
Once the harvest is carried out, the grapes ferment in stainless steel deposits, with a controlled temperature of 22-24ºC for approximately one week. The maceration lasts 18 days. Then, the wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Before it is launched on the market, it is left to stand in the bottle for a minimum of 6 months.
Bodegas Torres is a family business of several generations dedicated to the production of wine and brandy in the Penedés, and they now have an extensive range of products which are exported to more than 140 countries worldwide.
