Once the harvest is carried out, the grapes ferment in stainless steel deposits, with a controlled temperature of 22-24ºC for approximately one week. The maceration lasts 18 days. Then, the wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Before it is launched on the market, it is left to stand in the bottle for a minimum of 6 months.
