About Albino Armani Friulano

Albino Armani Friulano is a white wine made by Albino Armani with Friuliano variety in the DOC Friuli Grave in the Italian region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia.
 
Albino Armani was set up over 400 years ago with the aim of making wines that tell stories of the people and the terroirs in each of their vineyards. Having had vineyards in Valpolicella, in the Marca Trevigiana and in Friuli throughout their history, this winery has made a name for itself, generation after generation, by producing unique wines. 
 
Albino Armani Friulano comes from vineyards located in Grave, northeast Italy. These vines are planted in loose and well ventilated soils composed of white calcareous stones. The vines are cultivated using traditional agriculture and the harvest is carried out at the optimum point of ripeness.  
 
In the winery, the Albino Armani Friulano grapes are cold macerated and gently pressed. The resulting must ferments in stainless steel tanks and ages partly in steel and partly in barrels on the lees before bottling. 
 
Made with the native star variety, Friulano, Albino Armani Friulano is a tribute to the most genuine tradition of the Friuli people.

Albino Armani Friulano 2019 is an aromatic white wine with a bouquet of ripe white fruit, notes of elderberries and hints of almond. On the palate it is fruity, fresh and balanced. A wine with elegant mineral notes, supported by lively acidity and a long and elegant finish.
