Castell del Mirall has 45.35 hectares of arable land. The management and care of these vineyards are owned by a professional team under the supervision of Lluís Ferré. All wines and champagnes are born as Castell del Mirall Vineyards, a score that encompasses a range of vineyards in a given area and a particular microclimate, making it exceptional quality strains has been achieved thanks to a meticulous study of soil farm ownership bodega.
Lluís Ferre has invested all their efforts in make this comprehensive Soil Map, a working tool that provides a broad knowledge of land and that allows teams of vineyard and wine extract maximum performance thereof. The soil survey can be found on the floor of the wine cellar.
