Characteristics of Tinto Pesquera Reserva Millenium
Pesquera Reserva Millenium is a very selected and exclusive wine, made of 100% Tempranillo grapes. This is the only red wine of the range that the winery Tinto Pesquera produces within the D.O. Ribera del Duero which is aged for 26 months in French oak barrels. Its exclusivity lies in the fact that only two vintages were released, 1996 and 2020, since it is only made from those crops whose grapes have an exceptional quality. Pesquera Millenium 2002 represents, together with Gran Reserva Janus, the culmination of the winemaking work of Alejandro Fernández, founder and alma mater of the group Grupo Pesquera.

SightIntense cherry red coloyr with slight violet relections and light ruby red edge. Bright, with an abundant coloured tear.NoseAfter a long oxygenation, intense spiced aromas stand out and little by little give way to red fruit with vegetable nuances and pleasant balsamic notes in the background.TasteIt has a good and nice attack, with a warm and juicy mid-palate, mediu-bodied with a great balance between acidity-tannicity-alcohol, which provides it with a great fineness and elegance. Long, subtle and persistent finish. A complex red wine.
Ribera del Duero is a Denomination of Origin located on the northern plateau, bathed by the waters of the River Duero, where they produce delicious and recognised red wines with great complexity made from the Trinto Fino grape variety.
