Characteristics of Tentenublo Blanco
White wine made in La Rioja by the winery Tentenublo. It is a blend of Malvasía and a lower percentage of Viura. The vines are grown in sandy soils with an Atlantic climate with Mediterranean influences. The vertical pressing is conducted manually. The wine is fermented in new Hungarian oak barrels of 300-500 litres for a period of five months with daily pumping over. In this vintage, the production was limited to 1,500 bottles, therefore, all those who purchased one, can consider themselves really lucky.
