Characteristics of Summa Varietalis
Summa Varietalis Barrica is a red wine made with Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot grapes from the winery's vineyards. The harvest is manual. After a long maceration for 4-5 weeks, the wine ages in new and semi-new French oak barrels from Allier. This wine is not clarified or filtered. A wine for ageing.

The Denomination of Origin Valdepusa domain consists of three parcels of vineyard located in the town of Malpica de Tajo, Toledo province. The varieties grown in these plots are all inks and are intended for the production of single variety red wines or resulting from the assembly, in varying proportions, of the approved varieties. All wines are subject to aging in oak barrels of 225 liters, 12 to 25 months.
