The objective of this wine is to seek recuperation of traditional wines with a rustic point, but has the capacity to live up to an current wine.
This wine is a coupage of 90% Cariñena, 5% Garnacha and 5% Merlot. As for the production, the wine is fermented in open French Oak barrels that hold 300 litres. Then, after it has been pressed, it must be covered for a further 10 months.
