Characteristics of PSI
PSI is a fresh, tasty red wine by Dominio de Pingus winery in the Ribera del Duero, led by the famous agricultural engineer and oenologist Peter Sisseck. The old vines are on average over 30 years old and are grown in micro-plots in the small winery Dominio de Pingus. Maceration takes place in cement deposits, in order to achieve the maximum conservation of the grapes' aromas. The fermentation is completely natural, without any yeasts being added. It is aged in cement deposits, oak vats and old French oak barrels of Pingus and Flor de Pingus. The barrel doesn't dominate this wine, it just helps to refine it during its ageing.
PSI is not filtered or clarified. It is made follow a meticulous, traditional process, resulting in a wine of exceptional quality. A very exclusive wine that's bound to impress you. It is recommended decanting this wine an hour before drinking.

Ribera del Duero is a Denomination of Origin located on the northern plateau, bathed by the waters of the River Duero, where they produce delicious and recognised red wines with great complexity made from the Trinto Fino grape variety.
Dominio de Pingus is Peter Sisseck, and Peter Sisseck is Pingus, a red wine that is worship object, and one of the most sought, desired, envied and coveted wines of the planet. This is his personal project, which began with an extension of vineyards of five hectares in four plots, Tinto Fino vineyards of more than half a century, and a small winery with 150 barrels for ageing. Here, microvinification, meticulousness and craftsmanship prevail. Pingus was the first "garage wine" that was made in our country. It also became the most expensive wine of Spain overnight.
