Porta do Miño Aguardiente de Orujo is made from albariño marc from the winery's O Rosal vineyards. After a slow fermentation, it is distilled by the traditional "heads and tails" system, which involves only using "the hearts" of the grapes, which is where the highest quality of eau-de-vie is found.
