Planet La Segreta Bianco is a white wine that is a coupage of the Grecanico, Chardonnay, Viognier and Fiano varieties, produced by the Planeta winery, in Menfi, Sicily.
Planeta La Segreta Bianco is made with grapes from the Ulmo, Dispensa and Gurra vineyards, whose altitudes range from 75 to 415 metres above sea level, with a variety of soils composed of pebbles, limestones, chalk or clays.
Upon reaching the cellar, the bunches are gently pressed, and the resulting must is decanted statically and then fermented in stainless steel tanks, remaining there until it is bottled.
From the sea to the hills, Menfi has the largest extension of the Planeta winery’s vineyards, with a total of 250 hectares that grow native and foreign varieties. Planet La Segreta Bianco takes its name from the forests that surround the vineyards. It is a young and fresh wine that is an ideal introduction to Sicilian wine and excellent value for money.
