Characteristics of Phincas
Phincas is a red wine from the D.O. Rioja made of Tempranillo (70%), Graciano (15%), Grenache (10%) and Viura (5%) grapes, thus recovering the utilization of the white grapes for the production of white wines. It is a modern Rioja wine produced by differentiating the type of soil and which is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
