Philippe Bornard Trousseau Le Ginglet is a natural monovarietal Trousseau red wine produced by Philippe Bornard from the AOC Arbois, in Jura.
Philippe Bornard works with the utmost respect for his vineyards, and practises the philosophy of minimal intervention in his productions. He is a friend and neighbour of the famous Pierre Overnoy.
Philippe Bornard Trousseau Le Ginglet comes from grapes from vineyards planted on gravel and red loam soils. The harvest is destemmed when it arrives in the winery, and is fermented and aged in a foudre for a period of 8 to 15 months.
