Pacharán La Navarra is a patxaran produced by Destilerías La Navarra, approved by the Consejo Regulador del Pacharán Navarro.
Pacharán La Navarra is made from sloe fruits, planted in the community of Navarra, which are macerated in alcohol produced from molasses. There is approximately 180 grams of fresh sloes for every litre of alcohol. The sloe fruits macerate for around 2 months, at which point anisette and sugar is added.
The mixture is filtered 5 times, removing all the impurities from the maceration and obtaining the final mixture.
