Characteristics of Oloroso Pata de Gallina
A reddish brown sherry produced in the vineyards of Lustau winery, which grow in a hot climate, typical of the Jerez de la Frontera region, with a very high level of sunshine: around 3000 hours per year. The ageing is done in a solera containing a total of 38 barrels in Almacenista Juan Jarana winery. The grape variety used is Palomino Fino.
