Mustiguillo Garnacha is a red wine produced by Bodegas Mustinguillo in Utiel, Valencia, under the D.O.P. Terrerazo.
The DOP Terrarazo is a Spanish geographical indication for Vino de Pago. The El Terrerazo estate is currently home to 87 hectares of vineyards, where the wines are produced under the “vino de pago” classification.
Mustiguillo Garnacha is harvested manually in small 15kg boxes. At the winery the grapes pass through two selection tables for their selection. Fermentation then takes place in 80hl wooden vats, with 20% of the stems in tact to ensure that a compact layer does not form, with light pumping and gentle pigeage for 10 days. Post formative maceration is then carried out for 8 more days. Following this, the wine is aged for 10 months in French oak barrels.
Mustiguillo Garnacha has an airy and fresh profile, which seeks to put its fruitiness and acidity before its concentration.

The winery is located in Mustiguillo Caves Utiel since 1999 are dedicated to quality wines. The estate has 90 ha. at a height of between 800 and 900 meters. The variety is grown predominantly bobal also including merlot, syrah, grenache shark, cabernet sauvignon and tempranillo.
