Characteristics of Moët Chandon Marc
The Marc de Champagne Moët & Chandon is made in the traditional way. It is the result of distillating the grape's pressings (Pinot Noir, Chardonnay) from the Champagne elaborated at the winery. Once fermented, the distillation takes place and the marc is aged in oak casks for several years with decantations.
It is recommended to serve it cold, at 5-6ºC approximately. It is a perfect digestive and perfect to have it along with sorbets or with cold fruit desserts.
