Made with distillates from wine varieties of the Penedes. Distillation with Charentais copper stills, in which the ditillate makes a double trajectory before leaving the coil. We could say that it undergoes a double distillation. It is aged in Limousin oak casks for a minimum of 5 years. Residual sugar: 3.5 g/l.
