Martivillí Sauvignon Blanc is a white wine, 100% made from Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes come from vineyards located at an altitude of 700-800m above sea level, planted on stony soils rich in calcium and magnesium.
The area and altitude involve an extreme climate, with large temperature differentiations between night and day, which is suitable for an appropriate balance between sugar and acidity in the grapes.
For processing, the must is fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
