The winery has two estates in this denomination of origin: La Seca, which occupies 22 hectares, and Serrada, spread over 102 hectares. They cultivate the white varieties Verdejo, Sauvignon Blanc and Viura in these plots.
The vineyards used for Marqués de Cáceres Verdejo grow on gravelly and sandy soils. The climate in the area is continental: the difference in temperature between day and night is usually significant.
