The grapes used to make the Mark Angeli La Lune Amphora wine come from vineyards with clay and limestone soils in the lower part of the Angeli estate. The vines range in age from 4 to 80 years old and are cultivated under the principles of biodynamic agriculture.

La Ferme de la Sansonnière is Mark Angeli’s farm-winery that is managed as a small, sustainable and balanced ecosystem. He uses minimal intervention, and minimal sulphites if needed, paying great attention to where they come from.
