Luis Alegre Reserva is a red wine from the D.O La Rioja produced by Bodegas Luis Alegre. This is a blend of mostly Tempranillo (90%), Graciano, Mazuelo y Garnacha (10% the rest).

All the processes, from start to finish use traditional methods of production.
At the winery, Luis Alegre Reserva is fermented and macerated with its husks in 12,000kg stainless steel tanks.
After these processes, Luis Alegre Reserva is transferred to Quercus oak barrels from different European forests (France, Hungary and Croatia).
Luis Alegre Reserva remains in the barrels for 17 months before being aged for another 18 months in the bottle.
Bodegas Luis Alegre is a family winery located in Laguardia, in La Rioja Alvesa. There are 50 hectares of vineyards owned by the winery reaching nearly 100 years of age.
