Cava LLopart is a family-run winery with a long winemaking tradition. In 1385, they documented the transfer of some vines located in the current Heredad Can Llopart to Bernat Llopart. However, it was not until 1887 when they finished the first bottle of cava, in the country house that the family has in Subirats.
Heredad Can Llopart is the family farm. It is located on a hill with prominent slopes at 340 metres above sea level. The climate in this area has very mild winters, and sunny summers that are not too warm. The mountain range of Montserrat protects the vineyards from the cold northern winds during the winter, making temperatures milder.
Cava LLopart makes all their cavas using the traditional champenoise method,seeking the excellence of all their products from the maximum quality of the raw material, the grape.
Llopart Ex Vite Gran Reserva Brut is a cava made from Xarello and Maccabeu from the best vineyards located in the family farm, Heredad Can Llopart.
This cava is made from reserva wines aged in oak barrels, with wild yeasts from the vine and with a liqueur that has been achieved with a unique formula from the end of the 19th century. This wine is aged for a minimum of 60 months.
Llopart Ex Vite Gran Reserva Brut is a creamy, ample cava, with many shades. With very bubbles, it has a powerful aroma, with notes of very ripe white fruit and roasted dried nuts that are quite present. In the mouth it is voluminous and quite long lasting. A classical-style cava that will never go out of fashion.
The production of this cava is limited to 5300 bottles per year.

Cava was born under the constant shadow of its French counterpart, Champagne. Fortunately, as more winemakers are becoming convinced of this, they are producing Cavas with their own personality, showing off the art of the second fermentation in the bottle like no other wine region in the world.

Located at 340 meters and a floor composed of rocky platforms. It has planted many varieties: Macabeo, Xarel.lo, Parellada and Chardonnay in black and white terms: Merlot, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir. Their champagnes and wines of marked quality.
