Julia is an entrepreneur who is eager to make strides of progress in the region. The winery is home to 3.5 hectares of Monastrell vineyards, which are cultivated organically. Its purpose is to produce wines in a traditional manner as they were before, as well as those which reflect the terrain.
Las del Terreno Monastrell undergoes a short maceration. Fermentation then is carried out without destemming in cement which helps bring about a certain freshness. Finally the wine is aged for 8 months in used 500 litre fudres.
