Characteristics of La Bota de Viejo Cream 38 "Bota NO"
La Bota de Viejo Cream 38 is the new release of edition 19 in the series.
It's a sweet oloroso, made from a base of fine wines made by oxidative ageing, complimented by adding sweet Pedro Ximénez wine. This sherry ages for various decades in a solera of 9 barrels.
This sherry has never before been available commercially except for a few exceptional sacas for some British customers, thus we find ourselves before a very historical wine.
A very old and complex wine yet delicate as well. Capable of wooing connoisseurs and amateurs alike. To be enjoyed in the most sensitive way.

This sherry is unctuous and seductive. To call this wine long would be an understatement.

Jerez is home to an exceptional culture in winemaking and viticulture, producing an incredible variety of wines. Sherry and the DO. Jerez region are unlike any other wine or region in Spain and symbolise a centuries-old culture and a true art form of ecological tradition. Even today it is fair to say that these wines have not found their equivalent in the world, and are therefore a real asset to the Spanish word of wine.
