Künstler Hochheimer Stielweg Trocken is a Riesling variety white wine produced by Künstler in the Rheingau region (Austria).
An Austrian family winery that dates back to 1648 near Vienna (Moravia), but that has been based in the Rheingau region since 1965. Under the leadership of Frank and his son Gunter, Künstler has now become one of the leading wineries in the production of Riesling wines.
Künstler Hochheimer Stielweg Trocken comes from one of the oldest and best vineyards in Rheingau, planted with old vines. Ungrafted vines planted on steep slopes that produce high-quality, concentrated grapes. The work in the vineyard is harmonious and sustainable, taking into account the natural biodiversity of the location. As a result, they get a low, but high-quality yield, which is harvested by hand.
In the winery, the grapes are pressed gently. Then Künstler Hochheimer Stielweg Trocken slowly ferments in stainless steel tanks. It then ages on its lees until it is bottled.
Künstler Hochheimer Stielweg Trocken is a fresh and elegant white wine that reflects the full character of the Riesling grape, without unnecessary embellishments from the winery.
