Junipero Gin is a gin made following the traditions of classic distillation techniques, using over a dozen botanicals in its natural state, in small copper stills in a small distillery on Potrero Hill, in San Francisco.
The history of the gin dates back to the mid-1600’s in the Netherlands, but its true history goes back much further. Like any modern gin, the predominant flavours and aromas come from the juniper berry. However, the gin really comes to life when the distiller selects and blends a wide variety of additional exotic botanicals, in order to impart a uniquely satisfying and balanced gin.

Junipero Gin is a light gin, fresh and clean, which manages to combine a profound, mysterious spiciness, with a subtle delicacy.
Tasting notes Junipero Gin
SightBright and transparent. NoseDry, clean and soft but strong. Notes of citrus, juniper and herbs. TasteMedium-light body. Dry and delicate, fruity, with citrus notes followed by dominant aromas of juniper. Cilantro is appreciated, along with the freshness provided by the liquorice, and some hints of root. Finish with a burst of citrus skin flavours.
