Characteristics of Jardín Rojo
Jardín Rojo is a red wine from D.O. Rioja produced by Viñedos Singulares. This wine is a single variety Tempranillo selected from vineyards near Laguardia. They are grown from predominately clay and sandy soil at an altitude of 600 meters. After rigorous maturation control, the wine ferments, then there is a 20 to 25 day maceration process which takes place in stainless steel tanks.
Finally, the wine is left to age for 5 months in French Oak barrels for three wines.
