Characteristics of Inédito 3/3
Inédito 3/3 is a red wine from La Rioja produced by Bodegas Lacus. This wine is a blend of Grenache (70%), Tempranillo (15%) and Graciano (15%) varieties.
The vines used are between 5 and 40 years of age, depending on the variety. They grow in the grounds of the winery, which occupy about 35 hectares.
The harvest for Inédito grapes takes place during the second half of September. The harvest is manual and grains are transported to the winery in small boxes.
The different varieties are vinified separately in small stainless steel vats. Inédito 3/3 grapes undergo a cold maceration lasting about 10 days. Temperature-controlled fermentation is then carried out.
Inédito 3/3 finally rests for nine months in stainless steel vats with its lees and is ultimately bottled without going through any filtering.
