Guillot-Broux Mâcon-Cruzille Beaumont is a single-variety Gamay red wine produced by Domaine Guillot-Broux in Burgundy, France.
The Guillot-Broux Mâcon-Cruzille Beaumont wine is made with clusters of Gamay grapes from vines aged over forty years old. The team work to control the yield to enhance quality. These strains grow in plots with limestone clay soils that are worked according to the principles of organic agriculture.
When the grapes reach the winery, they are traditionally vinified with native yeasts and the resulting wine ages for 11 months in oak barrels. At Domaine Guillot-Broux, they work with minimal intervention and the use of sulphites and chaptalisation are kept to an absolute minimum.
Guillot-Broux Mâcon-Cruzille Beaumont is the winery’s flagship cuvée. An honest expression of the Gamay variety in the purest Burgundy style.
