Production within the winery is located in the Baix Penedès, where the winery has two farms, Mas Vilella and Finca Els Camps.
Jané Ventura Finca Els Camps Macabeu is made from the Macabeo and Xarel·lo varieties. The grapes come from very old vines 60 years old situated about 450m above sea level at Finca Els Camps, the Joncosa Montmell. For growing, organic farming methods are used.
For processing a manual harvest occurs in boxes and stripping on sorting table is carried out. Subsequently, a maceration of 48 hours occurs at 10° C and fermentation in French oak barrels at 16-18 ° C is performed.
Finally the wine is aged on its lees for 5 months with periodic "batonages".
