Characteristics of Finca El Carril Blanco
Another new wine from Iniesta's winery. This is a varietal young wine made of Macabeo. After a short prefermentative maceration at 5ºC, the wine stays for at least 15 days in steel tanks with selected yeasts. A tasty and fresh wine, with a very good value for money, which shows the good work made in this new winery.

SightPale yellow colour with light greenish reflections. Very bright and clean. Over the past few years, the DO Manchuela has worked extensively on improving the quality of its wines, and it is clear that its efforts have paid off. Improved technological advances and greater knowledge in the cultivation of their vineyards have launched the region into a new era. The wines produced here are enjoyed both in the domestic and the international market, with 80% of production sold internationally. Harvests are now carried out slightly sooner to produce slightly subtler wines, with the skins being separated from the must to get more subdued colours, while the wines are cold stabilized and undergo fermentation in controlled temperatures, in search of fruity aromas.

The latest draft of the FC Barcelona player Andres Iniesta, is now a reality. Located in Albacete home in Fuentealbilla and protected by the DO Manchuela (Castilla la Mancha), Iniesta Winery produces wines with Tempranillo and Graciano varieties for red wines, Macabeo, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Verdejo or Moscato Alexandria for whites. With an area of ââ120 hectares, there are plans an initial production of 250,000 bottles.
