1Is the payment system at Decántalo safe?
Totally. We manage all payments with the online payment platforms of Adyen and Paypal. Adyen provides a solution to international and local payments, depending in which country you are making the payment. Decántalo does not know or store in any database your personal details, credit cards or Paypal account. The platforms only allow us to know if the payment has been made or not.
2What payment methods do you accept at Decántalo?
Decántalo offers different payment methods, from the most frequent like Mastercard, Visa, Paypal and bank transfers, to local payments that depend on the country where you maybe making the payment.
3Why do I need to give you my details?
We only use your details to send you your order to your house and to make all the necessary arrangements for delivery. Decántalo never gives out your details to third party companies for them to send you their advertising. Not only do we have the obligation under the data protection act, but we also do not like when people sell our details to other companies.
In compliance with the provisions of the Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, from the time a customer places an order, their personal data, addresses and information related to their form of payment, are incorporated into our database and used solely to process the order and send information on offers and services that may be of interest to our customers. Decántalo ensures the confidentiality of data provided by our customers as the personal data requested are always strictly necessary.
In any case, Decántalo.es customers may, at any time, demand their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and complaint, by writing to our email address email@example.com.
4 What information will you send me if I subscribe to your newsletter and how often?
The newsletter we send out covers a range of topics: new products, offers and special promotions for our subscribers, we typically send two newsletters every week. We are aware of the amount of information that we send, the intention is never to bother you with too many emails, but only to send you a listings of our latest products, offers and special promotions that we might consider to be interesting to our customers.
You will always be able to unsubscribe from our newsletters. We will never send you advertisements from any other products or services that we don’t deal with directly.
5 I am a client with Decántalo but I don’t want to receive any emails, what should I do?
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter very easily from your personal user area. We also give you the option at the end of every message by simply clicking ‘unsubscribe’.
6 I want to change my details, what should I do?
You can change your details easily. Log in and access your user area, in the personal details section, you can now modify your account.
7Can I save my frequent addresses?
Yes, when paying for your order, you can save as many addresses as you like, this way you won’t have to enter them in every time you make an order.
