Etxeko Pacharán is a patxaran produced by Destilerías La Navarra. It is produced by macerating sloe fruits from Navarra, under the regulatory body of Pacharán Navarro, in alcohol derived from beet molasses.
About 200 grams of fresh sloes are used per liter of alcohol, which are left to macerate for two months. After the soaking, sugar and anisette are added. The mixture is filtered 5 times to leave it clean of impurities before it is placed onto the market.
