Characteristics of El Maestro Sierra Cream
A sweet wine made from a blend of the two most representative grapes of the D.O. Jerez: Palomino and Pedro Ximénez. Cream Dulce is a fusion of Oloroso wine aged for 15 years and Pedro Ximénez aged for 5 years. They are then aged together in American oak barrels, following the "soleras and criaderas" system. An elegant and seductive wine. This wine will surprise you for sure!
