Dominique Lafon Bourgogne Blanc

Dominique Lafon Bourgogne Blanc is a single-variety Chardonnay white wine produced by Dominique Lafon in the A.O.C. Bourgogne in Burgundy, France.

Dominique Lafon is a renowned winemaker who, in 2008, started making his own wines separately from the family winery, Domaine des Comtes Lafon, which has the deepest and coldest wine cellars in Burgundy.

To make the Dominique Lafon Bourgogne Blanc wine, the bunches are pressed whole and placed in a tank for 24 hours. Fermentation takes place in used oak barrels. The resulting wine stays in the winery for two winters before being bottled and sold.

Dominique Lafon is a leading producer in Meursault, making some of the best dry Burgundy whites that are deep, complex and highly balanced.
