Domaine Bernard Michaut Petit Chablis

Domaine Bernard Michaut Petit Chablis is a single-variety Chardonnay white wine made by Domaine Bernard Michaut under the A.O.C. Petit Chablis in Burgundy, France.

The grapes used to make the Domaine Bernard Michaut Petit Chablis wine come from a vineyard of around seven hectares. They are harvested mechanically and alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for about 15 days at a controlled temperature. The resulting wine undergoes malolactic fermentation for around five weeks at a controlled temperature. Finally, the wine is stabilised and filtered before being bottled ready for sale.

The Domaine de la Motte- Chablis Michaut is a family winery that has passed been passed down through the generations since 1950. They now cultivate around 30 hectares of vineyards and make wines within different denominations. All their plots lie in the commune of Beine, near Chablis, Burgundy.
